Designing is somehow always dealing with how an idea interacts with human beings, and but since modernism it has tended to be more about putting the human being into plans and systems, and sort of force it to do unnatural things, a bit like cows in a cowshed, a mink at a minkfarm, or a chicken at a chickenfarm.. (Or maybe not that bad, but those things have other discussions related to them, that we can talk about later.)
Let's turn back to our topic: We're now getting to know ourself better, and getting more and more selfconcious in the way we design and think of design. Like this project; the South Corean designer Jae Min Lim has thought about a new way of designing crosswalks, and really hits the spot. We're an organic lifeform after all.
