Kate MccGwire is an artist I just discovered while crusing through sites at Cargo. Watch her work, and slide into a beautiful, yet a bit creapy world... What she does is referring to our daily reality through the use of natural materials like feathers and detailed craftmanship. And at the same time creating something that is really beside our own reality, with the fluid, organic aesthetics and odd, but still lifelike forms. I love the way it kickstarts the imagination!
